MIND
Mind is our chosen National Charity.
Mind works to change minds across England and Wales by making mental health an everyday priority. By standing up to the injustices – in healthcare, in work, in law – which make life harder for those of us with mental health problems.
Mind offer help whenever you might need it through information, advice and local services.
Mind brings together an unstoppable network of individuals and communities – people who care about mental health to make a difference.
“Every year 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. Nearly 2 million are waiting for NHS mental health services, and since 2017 the number of young people struggling with mental health has doubled.” Mind, 2024.
